New Subdivision

Keith's Landing Subdivision was established in 1994 after the flood of 1993 to help the community relocate after a 92 homes was in a buyout program and then demolished. But however, due to the need of immediate relocation many homeowner's had already either purchased homes or built new homes by the time the Subdivision was finished.

The city now has approximately 20 lots available for $1,500.00 each. The lots are approximately '100 X '100 and have all new streets, sidewalks, curbs, underground electric, telephone, cable, water and sewer hookups.

Keithsburg is a very nice small town (population 747) located right on the Mississippi River, and if you are looking for a laid back kind of life style or a nice retirement location, well you have found it!
